Joanna is an expert in new technologies and sustainability in the banking and payments sectors.

For many years, she worked for the Polish Bank Association, where she was responsible for innovative sectoral projects developed jointly by banks and big-techs, including PolishCloud, which established a standard for cloud computing implementations. She also participated in the development of the STIR system and the split payment mechanism.

Joanna contributed to the development and consultation of regulations for the implementation of technologies in the financial market. She also represented the banking sector at the European Commission and the European Banking Federation as a member of working groups on cloud computing and AI.

Joanna is an expert at the National Clearing House (KIR), responsible for the development of digital services and products, and a lecturer at WSB Merito in Warsaw. She is also the author of a children’s book on payments.
