Joanna is an expert in the field of new technologies in the banking and payments sectors. For many years, she worked for the Polish Banks Association, where she was responsible for innovative sectoral projects such as PolishCloud, created jointly by banks and big-techs. Joanna contributed to the development and consultation of regulations for the implementation of technologies in the financial market. She also represented the banking sector at the European Commission and the European Banking Federation as a member of working groups such as cloud computing and AI. She has extensive experience in developing educational programmes for professionals. Joanna is also an expert of the National Clearing House (KIR) and a lecturer at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa (WSB University).
