Jakub specialises in tax law with a particular focus on income taxes and transfer tax. He has authored numerous opinions, explanations and tax analyses for corporate clients, on many occasions supporting them in obtaining tax rulings and advance pricing agreements.
Jakub has also advised on matters relating to withholding tax and VAT taxation of real estate transactions. He has taken part in not only tax, but also corporate, real estate and regulatory due diligence.
Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Jakub gained experience working for international law firms and two of the Big Four companies.
