Dominik Gryś

Dominik specialises in real estate law. He advises Polish and foreign companies, among others in real estate transactions, and provides general legal support. He also deals with investment and construction processes, real estate due diligence, analyses of planning conditions, and advises on the execution and amendment of real estate agreements.
Dominik also provides day-to-day corporate law advice to companies.
Prior to joining Kochanski & Partners, from 2018 Dominik practiced business law in the largest law firm in Lodz. He also advised non-standardised closed-end securitisation funds (NSFiZ) on procedural law.
