Bartosz Brzyski

Bartosz is an Associate in the Energy, Infrastructure & Environment Practice.
He specialises in providing legal services in investment projects, in particular within the infrastructure, energy and industrial markets.
His areas of expertise include providing ongoing support to investors and contractors during the implementation of construction projects, and advising on the structuring of contracts and the application of contractual legal mechanisms. In addition, Bartosz provides assistance during negotiations and the resolution of disputes related to the performance of construction contracts, in both out-of-court and judicial procedures. His clients include numerous foreign companies.
Bartosz has successfully combined his legal studies with professional training, thanks to which he can already boast several years of presence in the legal industry. His experience was shaped, among others, by his practice in reputable Polish and international law firms (including those from the Magic Circle). His interests in the area of law include primarily civil and commercial law, the structuring and review of contracts, as well as dispute resolution.
Bartosz also works with K&P’s Asian Desk, assisting with cross-border matters relating to the Japanese or Chinese markets.
