Aneta Serowik

Aneta has over 12 years’ experience in providing clients with complex advice on corporate law, M&A transactions and dispute resolution.

She represents clients in multifaceted disputes between companies, owners and members of company bodies, including ownership conflicts, and within cases related to corporate, civil and capital markets law. She conducts compensation disputes, cases for injunctive relief, the establishment of certain rights, or actions disputing resolutions of company bodies.

She also advises on corporate and investment financing matters during mergers and acquisitions.

She deals with corporate restructuring, and represents clients before state authorities, at meetings of company bodies, and in negotiations. She advises on regulations related to capital markets.

Aneta’s clients include Polish and international companies, capital groups, financial institutions, private equity investors and individuals who are members of company bodies.

She is a frequent speaker at conferences and trainings, and has authored numerous publications on commercial law.
