Wioletta specializes in civil and corporate law with a particular emphasis on financial and banking issues. She has extensive experience in litigating claims arising from foreign currency loan agreements, as well as other financial products offered by banks and insurance entities.
She has represented clients in several hundred court proceedings in matters related to consumer law and unfair competition, as well as the sanction of free credits.
In addition, she provides clients with comprehensive legal advice in the field of commercial, civil and insurance law.
