Weronika specializes in commercial, business and civil law. She advises on corporate related matters and M&A transactions, developing investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements and participating in due diligence investigations.
In addition, she assists clients with AML/CFT issues with an emphasis on the proper identification of beneficial owners and the liabilities of obligated institutions.
Her clients include companies from the financial, real estate, FMCG, technology and IT sectors.
