What’s currently on top in the real estate industry?
First and foremost, sale & leaseback transactions, which provide companies with additional, very attractive investment financing – outside of the banks and without having to change their registered office or relocate their business. This is why leasebacks are becoming increasingly popular with virtually all our clients. From large, international players to growing family businesses.
We are also managing leases, especially office space leases on the part of both building owners and tenants. Warehouse and retail space leases are also of great interest. We close major deals, participating in the most significant real estate contracts in our part of Europe worth hundreds of millions of euros and demanding greenfield transactions.
That’s why we have results, and not just in financial terms.
We have reached the semi-finals of the EuropaProperty CEE Investment Awards
On 3 October the semi-finalists of the 14th edition of the CEE Investment Awards were announced. This prestigious initiative promotes the striving for excellence in real estate investments, especially those made in the spirit of sustainable development. Each year, the awards ceremony brings together the best real estate professionals and investors from the CEE region.
Reaching the semi-finals is itself a significant recognition, as the selection process analyses a number of factors, such as:
- Clients
- Key achievements of the team
- Projects completed
- Scope and comprehensiveness of legal advice
- The firm’s commitment to social projects and sustainable development
We compete for Eurobuild Awards
Also in October, the list of companies up for awards in another prestigious real estate industry competition, the EurobuildAwards, was announced. For another year in a row, we are among the nominees, in the Law firm of the year category.
The fact that we are once again among the elite is no coincidence. This is because we provide legal services to leading investors and global brands and successfully advise on even the most complex investment and real estate projects.
Our recent achievements include:
- Advising Mutares/SFC Solutions Częstochowa on a complex sale & leaseback transaction involving a manufacturing facility in Częstochowa
- Acting for PBG/Hampton by Hilton on the sale of a facility in Świnoujście to Satoria Group
- Acting for Univacco Technology Inc. Europe on closing the lease of its new headquarters in Poland
In addition to our intense project activity, we are also committed to the philosophy that guides us in our daily lives. Our day-to-day activities are therefore based on a solid ESG foundation, and we are confident that this is another factor that has contributed to high scores from the juries in both competitions.
