The most dynamic Polish companies include pioneers building new industries, creating cutting-edge products and innovative services, as well as bold forerunners of change. They are both the companies with a history as well as active start-ups, family businesses and large capital groups. What they all have in common is their strong brand and market position, financial stability and reliability in the eyes of clients and contractors. They are Business Gazelles. And this year we are one of them.
25 years of Kochański & Partners and 25 years of the “Gazele Biznesu” ranking
This year is the anniversary edition of this ranking. It was 25 years ago that the first list of companies that stand out for their dynamic growth, their strong, recognisable and trusted brand and good financial results was published.
The organiser’s website explains that the title of Business Gazelle can be awarded to a company that has been operating without interruption from at least 2021, when it had revenues of PLN 8-250 million, and since then, in the last three years, recorded an increase in revenues, had no losses and makes its financial results available for analysis. In this year’s edition of the ranking (…), 4790 companies from all over Poland were classified.
The results of this classification are compiled by the independent business intelligence agency COFACE, which examines the finances, turnover, payments and cash-flow of candidates.
In our special 25th anniversary year in business, we were among the winners, in recognition of our financial results and the increases in our finances generated between 2021 and 2023.
Record-breaking results
Today, as a result of this examination, we have been recognised as one of the most dynamically developing, praiseworthy and distinguished Polish private companies. Thus, we are one of only 3% of those who have met the stringent requirements imposed on participants in the competition with thousands of Polish companies having taken part, emphasises Piotr Kochański.
As we all know, the Polish economy relies on private companies, which have been the foundation of the country’s development for more than 30 years, i.e. since the political transformation in the 1990s.
The strength of our company is evidenced not only by growing revenues, but also by stable financial indicators. In 2023, we achieved an EBITDA of PLN 19.68 million at a 19.9% margin and an operating profit of PLN 17.75 million.
We are particularly pleased with the increase in our average revenue per customer reaching PLN 122,229.43 in 2023, which confirms the trust of our contractors and business partners as well as the growing value of our projects, adds our Managing Partner.
The financial results best prove that the foundations of our business remain sound and stable, and that consistent investments in innovation, technologies and team development are yielding tangible results and have given us good prospects for the future.
