Urszula Wójcik

Urszula specializes in collective and individual labour law. She advises on matters related to hiring, dismissing and remuneration of employees, internal regulations, working time and overtime, disciplinary and whistleblowing procedures. She adapts global procedures to the requirements of Polish law.
She supports clients in corporate restructuring proceedings, including employee transfers, collective redundancies and layoffs, and M&A transactions by participating in due diligence investigations.
In addition, she advises employers on building a work environment based on the principles of diversity & inclusion.
