Tomasz specialises in litigation, civil and antitrust law. His clients includes the largest financial institutions operating on the Polish market.
He represents clients at every stage of dispute resolution, including before the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court, as well as in arbitration proceedings conducted at the National Chamber of Commerce and the Lewiatan Confederation.
He advises on consumer matters with an emphasis on foreign currency loans and PLN loans or credits (e.g. WIBOR, sanctions for free credit, and unauthorised payment transactions). He is a speaker at conferences and the author of numerous articles on the subject.
Tomasz co-heads the several dozen strong team of the Disputes of Financial Institutions practice, which currently is handling more than 13,000 cases.
