There will be more support for workers with disabilities, the State Labour Inspectorate (PIP) will have new powers, and the fight against hate speech and bullying is expected to be more effective
  • E-Delivery and the new PKD – Adam Czarnota reminds us of the new obligations for businesses and the updated PKD 2025 economic activity classification codes, which finally reflect reality
  • Tax revolution – Jakub Dittmer and Jan Janukowicz highlight the need to update systems and procedures. This is especially important for entrepreneurs and groups of companies
  • Tech law on the move – AI Act, Data Act, DORA, NIS2, MiCA, PSD3 and FiDA – 2025 is a real revolution in technology and financial regulation, highlight Maciej Kuranc and Mikołaj Kuterek. It’s good that they keep abreast of it
