
‘Tech M&A in Europe’ report

Kochański & Partners in cooperation with Pinsent Masons, has recently completed the ‘Tech M&A in Europe’ report. The publication shines a light on some of today’s key themes in Tech M&A and provides a pan-European analysis of how current legal developments have stimulated – or dampened – the appetite to make deals.
The report tackles five aspects of tech M&A transactions:
- competition law,
- foreign investment control,
- European SPACS,
- intellectual property, and
- employee incentivisation.
