Szymon specialises in litigation, including cases involving the protection of personal rights, as well as in proceedings regarding loans denominated/ indexed in foreign currencies.
Szymon began his initial financial sector experience during his studies, where he was also active in the Student Legal Clinic, later gaining his practical experience working for law firms. At the same time, he also conducted labour market, sales, recruitment and management training at, inter alia, the AGH University of Science and Technology, the Cracow University of Economics, the Warsaw University of Life Services, the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University and the Catholic University of Lublin.
His master’s thesis, supervised by prof. dr hab. Marian Zdyb, was entitled “Introduction of a Joint-Stock Company on the Stock Exchange”.
