Szymon Bolimowski

Szymon specialises in civil, commercial and criminal law. He represents clients in consumer and commercial litigation at every stage of the proceedings.
He advises on matters relating to foreign currency loans and PLN loans and credits, including issues related to the WIBOR index and unauthorised payment transactions.
He participates in the development and implementation of systemic settlement programmes, combining procedural knowledge with negotiation skills to amicably resolve disputes.
In his practice, Szymon focuses on analysing the impact of current CJEU and Supreme Court case law on the stability of loan portfolios and on ensuring consistency of argumentation in mass disputes.
