Experienced in the field of investment and M&A advisory, as well as in business development and strategy/finance advisory. Has a strong track record in deal sourcing and managing full transaction life-cycle from evaluating opportunities, through recommendations on investment/disinvestment strategies and structuring transactions, to negotiations, managing due diligence and deal closing.

Responsible for sourcing and leading M&A and asset purchase/sales transactions. Providing comprehensive advice to clients including the identification of potential transactions, analysis of financial and shareholder needs, development of investment strategies, project team management (including preparation of forecasts and valuations), establishing and maintaining relations with investment funds, and negotiation of transaction terms.

Knowledge and experience in managing financial processes in corporations, especially in creating calculation models and valuations for intra-group transactions including support/BPO services, management services, trademark licenses and financial transactions.

Languages: Polish, English.

Education: Łazarski University, the faculty of Law and Administration; the Warsaw School of Economics, Economic Analysis of Law; the University of Warsaw, the faculty of Management.

  • Schooner Capital LLC – developing legal and economic analysis for the purpose of representing the American fund in a multi-million investment arbitration dispute against the Republic of Poland under the ICSID Additional Facilities rules and Polish-U.S. Business and Economic Relations Treaty. The dispute concerns the privatization of the Polish fat industry.
