Successful management buyout at Jansen
Jansen is one of the largest Polish importers of cheese and other original premium products. The company has more than 20 years of experience in the food industry, regularly works with the largest hyper and supermarket chains, and has launched around 500 exclusive products on the Polish market. We advised Jansen’s shareholder on the structuring and execution of a management buyout.
Management buyout – a strong plan and an effective implementation
The scope of our work was very broad and included supporting Jansen’s founder and CEO in the following areas:
- Transaction structuring
- Financial modelling
- Negotiation of commercial terms of the transaction
- Drafting and negotiation of comprehensive legal documentation

Owing to its long-standing cooperation with European producers, the company has been able to bring around 500 unique premium products to the Polish market.
