Robert specialises in personal data protection and new technology law. He advises on matters relating to data use, process digitisation and the implementation of new regulations.

He represents clients in proceedings before the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) and administrative courts and supports them in adapting their activities to the requirements of Polish and European digital regulations. He advises on cross-border data transfers and implements the AI Act, Data Act, DSA, NIS2 and ePrivacy, integrating them with the GDPR.

He supports clients in implementing digital solutions, including data-driven models, artificial intelligence-based systems, cloud services and financial technologies. He develops compliance models that support innovation and respond to market challenges.

His clients include companies from the financial, new technology, e-commerce, media and manufacturing sectors. He supports them both in strategic implementations and in day-to-day matters requiring a quick response and precise risk assessment.

He is the author of dozens of publications on the digital economy and new technology law. He regularly speaks at industry conferences. As part of his pro bono work, he advises social organisations on data protection.
