Radosław Radowski

Radosław specialises in banking law, regulatory risk management and compliance procedures. He supports financial institutions across the full spectrum of operations, including transformation projects, compliance implementation and audits of operational cyber resilience and sustainable finance (ESG), as well as in their dealings with supervisory authorities, including the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the European Banking Authority.

He brings unique expertise based on nearly 30 years’ experience gained as head of legal at banks such as Bank Millennium, Polbank, Bank BPH and Bank BPS.

Radosław advises on complex banking processes, including the establishment and licensing of new financial institutions, the design of innovative products, the implementation of regulations and artificial intelligence tools, mergers, and the listing of companies on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

He develops cutting-edge outsourcing frameworks for the banking sector, implements effective risk management and compliance systems, and supports clients in strategic commercial settlements worth millions.

He has been actively involved in the work of the Presidium of the Banking Law Council of the Polish Bank Association. He also speaks at leading industry conferences and delivers training courses on banking law and regulatory requirements.
