Radosław Bednarski

Radosław has over ten years of experience in advising companies from the media, new technologies and advertising sectors.
He supports radio and television broadcasters, press and online service publishers, VOD platform administrators and advertising agencies, combining in-depth knowledge of media law with civil and procedural law practice.
He specialises in dispute resolution involving copyright, intellectual property, protection of personal rights and labour law, representing clients both before common courts and administrative authorities.
He supports editors, broadcasters, and sales and promotion departments in their day-to-day operations, including the drafting and negotiation of commercial, agency and licensing agreements, the development of rules and regulations for competitions and promotional campaigns, and cross-media projects.
Moreover, Radosław is a defence counsel and legal representative in criminal cases, particularly those related to publishing and media activities. He also represents clients in licensing proceedings and before the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT).
