Paweł specialises in tax law, with a particular emphasis on income tax and current changes to tax legislation.
In his practice, he focuses on analysing new regulations and their practical impact on business operations, supporting the team in implementing changes arising from the rapidly evolving legal and tax environment.
He is a member of the team representing clients in tax, customs, administrative and court cases, providing expert assistance at all stages of disputes with public authorities.
He is also involved in projects related to the implementation and operation of the National e-Invoice System, as well as providing day-to-day tax advice to domestic and international clients.
His areas of interest also include sports and banking law, specially the intersection of tax matters within the financial industry. He has participated in the process of settlement proceedings for clients from the banking sector.
