Paulina specialises in civil law and civil procedure. In her practice she represents banks in disputes related to foreign currency loan agreements (such as Swiss franc loans).
During her studies, due to her interest in criminal law and criminology, Paulina served as a board member of the Academic Circle of Open-Source Intelligence at the University of Warsaw, authoring an academic article entitled ‘The use of social media in the work of law enforcement agencies – preliminary issues concerning research of this phenomenon’ (Polish: Wykorzystywanie mediów społecznościowych w pracy organów ścigania – zagadnienia wstępne dotyczące badań zjawiska), which was included as a chapter of a monograph on criminology published by Wydawnictwo INP PAN.
Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Paulina worked with a law firm specialising in handling Swiss franc loan disputes, and also held positions in the Ministry of Justice and in Court.
