Paula Kilian
Associate, Attorney at law
Paula specialises in civil law, particularly in advising clients from the insurance, banking and financial sectors. For several years, she has conducted numerous cases involving disputes of financial institutions, in particular arising under foreign currency-linked loan agreements.
Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Paula worked in the legal department of a joint-stock company and concurrently in a Krakow law and tax firm dealing with various types of cases. She also worked for a Krakow law firm specialising in damages/compensation claims and in the compensation law and banking practices of a Wroclaw law firm.
