We want to reach higher and further than others. That is why we subject ourselves to rigorous external evaluation by experts
UN GLOBAL COMPACT
Operating within the United Nations system, the UN Global Compact is the world’s largest initiative for corporate sustainability and the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals.
Having joined the UN Global Compact, we have reinforced our commitment to upholding the Ten Principles of the UNGC concerning human rights, labour, the environment, and anti-corruption.
Participating in this initiative enables us to actively support projects that promote transformation in line with the UN agenda, as well as contribute to shaping sustainable development standards in Poland.
DIVERSITY CHARTER
One of the largest international equality projects, implemented under the auspices of the European Commission and coordinated in Poland by the Responsible Business Forum.
By signing the Charter, we have declared our commitment to implementing policies that promote equal opportunities and prevent discrimination.
We promote diversity and inclusion through systemic HR activities, the active exchange of good practices, and participation in projects that foster an open workplace culture.
ECOVADIS SILVER MEDAL
EcoVadis is a global sustainability rating system that we joined in 2023, commencing regular, independent ESG audits. The rating assesses over 150,000 organisations worldwide.
We have been rated three times, receiving a silver medal and being ranked among the top 8% of companies with the most mature approach to sustainable business.
EcoVadis medals confirm the effectiveness of our processes. They also recognise our tangible ESG activities and demonstrate our growing reputation as a law firm that meets high global standards of responsible business.
CAMPAIGN FOR GREENER ARBITRATIONS
We are the only Polish law firm to have signed the Green Pledge of the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations – a global campaign for greener dispute resolution practices.
The Campaign is a global environmental movement within the arbitration sector. In this way, we have joined international efforts to reduce the carbon footprint of arbitral proceedings by digitising materials, reducing travel, and promoting environmentally friendly working practices.
WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT PRINCIPLES
A joint initiative associated with the United Nations, implemented by two UN agencies – UN Women and the UN Global Compact.
We joined the Women’s Empowerment Principles to reinforce and emphasise our systemic efforts to promote gender equality and support women’s professional development.
We are committed to promoting WEPs standards within our own organisation, as well as in the public and business spheres, by developing projects and initiatives that support women at all stages of their careers.
DIVERSITY IN CHECK
An initiative supported by the European Commission and a nationwide Polish survey conducted by the Responsible Business Forum.
The Diversity IN Check survey confirmed that we are one of the most progressive employers in Poland when it comes to diversity and inclusivity management. Furthermore, our practices have been featured in the Responsible Business Forum’s reports showcasing an elite group of the most mature organisations.
Taking part in the project helped us to structure our DEI activities and confirmed that we are implementing standards consistent with best international practices.
ESG is one of the pillars of our business. And the conclusions of our ESG audits help us to identify where there is potential for change, and what we can do better and more efficiently.
