Magdalena Mitas, conference: “Problematic aspects of the easement of the industry”
Magdalena Mitas, Partner at Kochanski Zieba and Partners will be a speaker at the “Problematic aspects of the easement of the industry” conference, which will be held on 14-15 March 2016 at the Westin Hotel in Warsaw. The conference will address, among other things, issues related to the usucaption of an easement in industry and the control and operating procedures in case of failure of industrial equipment.
