Kochański & Partners advises iTaxi on the acquisition of MPT assets
Kochański & Partners has advised iTaxi on the acquisition of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Taksówkowe (MPT) assets from Miejskie Zakłady Autobusowe in Warsaw.
Our assignment involved comprehensive transactional support in negotiating the preliminary sales agreement.
Entering into the final sales agreement to finalize the transaction will lead to the full integration of the MPT and iTaxi businesses. The acquisition of MPT assets will be another important step in iTaxi’s strategy of growth towards expanding its taxi fleet, following the acquisitions of Taxi Barbakan in Kraków and Wicar Taxi in Wrocław.
