The daily Dziennik Gazeta Prawna newspaper has published an article entitled: “Strasbourg is of no help to companies” containing statements made by Dr. Marek Jeżewski. The Tribunal alone could attend to a business. However, the ECHR pursuant to Article 41 of the Convention, may obligate a State to rectify damage completely.
