Monika specialises in individual and collective labour law, supporting HR departments in their day-to-day activities. Monika represents clients before common courts, including in litigation concerning mobbing and discrimination, and advises at all stages of the hiring and terminating of employees.
In addition, Monika drafts contracts of employment, management contracts and regulations, advises on remuneration and benefits, and flexible work arrangements.
She has been involved in multiple employment restructuring and redundancy processes and has taken part in numerous due diligence investigations on labour law.
