Mentoring programme at Kochański & Partners

We are launching our first ever open mentoring programme, which will enable us to develop our skills, gain valuable experience, and establish inspiring new professional relationships.

Mentoring is an invaluable tool that can help you identify and achieve your professional and personal goals. Participating in such a project is hugely beneficial for both mentors, who can expand their leadership and management skills, and mentees, who gain access to new knowledge and experiences.

The knowledge that mentees can gain from their mentors

Our mentors are outstanding specialists, experienced managers and seasoned executives. Above all, however, they are friendly and open-minded individuals who are eager to share their knowledge and professional expertise, as well as the invaluable experience they have gained through life’s many challenges.

In what areas can they help?

  • Project and team management. Customer acquisition and sales. Establishing and maintaining business relationships. Planning and implementing marketing strategies and plans
  • International business planning and development. Project budgets and cost estimates. Negotiations and business analytics. Planning and coordinating international transactions

Change management. Developing soft skills, such as communication, negotiation and leadership. Effective time management and task prioritisation. Providing, communicating and utilising constructive feedback

  • Personal brand building. Public speaking, both in court as an attorney and during training sessions or lectures as a speaker. Preparing legal arguments, paying particular attention to the concision required when communicating with clients
  • Business, process, project and team management
  • Business development: stepping out of your comfort zone and challenging the status quo. Sales budget planning and execution. Setting realistic yet ambitious business goals
  • Interpersonal skills development, stress management, work-life balance
  • Conducting difficult meetings and conversations with clients during so-called ‘smooth talks’. Conducting effective negotiations to achieve goals
  • Team and project management using LEAN, Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies. Design, mapping, optimisation and budgeting of business processes, as well as return on investment. Preparing and delivering training courses and presentations, and organising work and managing time in a neurodiverse environment. Programming, algorithmics, use of IT tools in work and management, as well as cyber security and information security, both in theory and in practice. General understanding of information technology and more.

The pilot programme will last six months, with one-hour meetings taking place once a month.
