Magdalena has many years of experience in corporate, commercial, restructuring and bankruptcy law. She specialises in distressed M&A transactions, complex bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, representing creditors, debtors and investors.
She advises on corporate disputes and hostile takeovers, representing clients in multifaceted commercial litigation, including ownership disputes under corporate and civil law. She develops transactional documentation and investment agreements, as well as supports clients during negotiations.
Her clients include public and private companies from the financial, energy, real estate, media, shipping, trade and service sectors, as well as banks and financial institutions.
