Magdalena Róża Petrow-Ganew
Senior Associate / NewTech / Data Protection and Cyber Security
Magdalena specialises in IT and new technologies law, data protection, and cybersecurity regulations.
She carries out comprehensive projects for sectors including finance and technology, advising on matters relating to supplier contracts, regulatory compliance in the field of artificial intelligence, GDPR and information security. She supports clients in meeting the requirements of the AI Act, GDPR, NIS2 and DORA, combining legislative with practical experience in implementing regulatory obligations within organisations.
She is also involved in conducting compliance audits, developing policies and procedures, and managing security incidents. In addition, Magdalena has experience in intellectual property law, including the protection of industrial property and trade secrets, the negotiation of IP/IT agreements, and the handling of technology transfers.
