Maciej specialises in civil law and dispute resolution with an emphasis on claims arising from foreign currency loan agreements. He also represents clients at the pre-trial stage, conducting negotiations and mediations. He is a member of the team representing the largest commercial banks in civil cases.
Maciej also advises companies from the health industry on medical and commercial law, and is experienced in competition law.
