Mikołaj specialises in civil law disputes and civil procedure. In his practice he has handled numerous cases concerning litigation arising out of Swiss franc loan agreements. He also has experience in construction, commercial and insurance law cases and in arbitration proceedings.
As a member of the Disputes of Financial Institutions practice at Kochański & Partners, Mikołaj primarily represents banks in civil cases, mostly Swiss franc loan litigation.
Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Mikołaj worked with a Krakow law firm, focusing on providing comprehensive legal services to companies with French capital, e.g. represented a client in what was one of the first proceedings in Poland concerning excessive payment delays in commercial transactions, before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
