Alicja advises Polish and foreign clients on legal aspects of cyber security, privacy and personal data protection matters, having also experience in day-to-day legal advisory as well as project and audit implementation. She also runs trainings and workshops, in particular on personal data issues, addressed to businesses dealing with new technologies and creative industries. Her professional interests also cover intellectual property law, including so-called domain disputes.

Alicja has experience in representing businesses in domestic and international proceedings (including before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, the European Union Intellectual Property Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization).

Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Alicja worked with Warsaw law firms and foreign entities, including the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland to the European Union in Brussels and GMX Law in Valletta, Malta.
