Kinga Nowak

Kinga is a Junior Associate in the Disputes of Financial Institutions Practice.

She specialises in civil and banking law.

Kinga began her legal experience as a Junior Audit Inspector at the Regional Audit Office in Lublin, and later worked in the litigation department of one of the largest international law firms. In her professional career to date, she has primarily dealt with CHF credit-related matters, and has also been involved in drafting pleadings, including statements of defence, complaints, motions and appeals. She has also represented clients in court, including one of the largest banks in Poland.

Kinga is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Since 2021, she has been an advocate trainee affiliated with the Warsaw Bar Association.
