Karolina Kozłowska

Karolina specialises in real estate law, supporting investors, developers and private equity funds. Her experience includes advising on real estate transactions at every stage of the investment process – from land acquisition, through the preparation and execution of projects, to the sale of assets.
She deals with transactions involving both the acquisition of shares and real estate with a particular focus on forward funding and forward purchase structures. Karolina participates in legal due diligence investigations across various sectors, including retail, office, logistics, and residential markets, as well as greenfield projects.
She provides the legal support necessary to execute complex cross-border and domestic investments, drafting both full legal due diligence reports, and concise red-flag analyses.
As an active member of the transaction team, she is involved in developing and negotiating documentation, in particular sale and purchase agreements, construction contracts and lease agreements.
She has authored numerous publications in the field of broadly understood public law.
