Karolina Klunder

Karolina has long-standing experience in labour law and restructuring processes. She supports employers and investors in managing employee risk in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, and distressed M&A transactions.
She also represents clients in employment disputes and reorganisation processes, including planning and implementing collective redundancies, optimising employment costs, and transfers of undertakings. She conducts due diligence audits.
She advises on the development and negotiation of management contracts, non-competition agreements, remuneration and bonus regulations, as well as on the termination of employment and cooperation agreements. She develops and implements compliance procedures, particularly in the areas of whistleblowing and counteracting mobbing and discrimination.
Karolina supports organisations in shaping diversity and inclusion (D&I) policies and implementing ESG strategies in the social context, ensuring that employment structures promote diversity and equality in the workplace.
She focuses on providing operational support to HR departments in transformation processes – from designing flexible hybrid working models to implementing employee well-being systems.
In her work, she goes beyond the role of a lawyer – she is an advisor who understands market dynamics and the priorities of modern businesses.
