Kamila Krajewska has many years of experience in providing legal services in the media industry. Currently she advises Ringier Axel Springer Polska, one of the leading publishers in Central and Eastern Europe. Kamila specialises in press law and protection of personal rights. She also deals with intellectual property law issues, with a particular focus on copyright and unfair competition.
Moreover, Kamila prepares responses to requests to exercise the right to be forgotten based on paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 17 of the GDPR, in relation to press activities.
Kamila also has experience in the area of corporate and commercial law, establishing companies and NGOs, and implementing corporate changes in companies.
