Kamil Szczygieł

Kamil specialises in the broad field of corporate law. In his day-to-day work, he supports the M&A team in providing transactional and ongoing corporate advice to both Polish and foreign companies.

In the course of his professional career, Kamil has participated in litigation support projects for several major Polish commercial banks. He has also provided comprehensive advice to business entities in the field of labour law.

Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Kamil worked with renowned law firms in Katowice.
