Kamil specialises in providing tax advice to domestic and international companies, with a particular focus on income tax and indirect taxes – including VAT, excise duty and customs law. He represents clients before the tax authorities in administrative court proceedings.
He assists in resolving complex issues related to commercial and cross-border transactions, comprising their correct classification for VAT purposes, excise duty settlements and customs procedures.
He advises on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, as well as on structuring transactions. He conducts tax reviews and due diligence investigations, identifying potential risks and recommending solutions that effectively mitigate them.
