Joanna has over ten years of experience in providing legal services to large businesses from the media, advertising and IT industries. She provides permanent legal assistance to Ringier Axel Springer Polska – one of the largest publishers on the traditional and online press markets.
Joanna is involved in projects supporting clients in the field of personal data protection, such as implementation of the GDPR and assessment of the compliance of planned business projects (including IT projects) with personal data protection law.
Joanna provides advice on intellectual property law, including copyright law, by drafting and negotiating copyright agreements and advising on copyright issues. She also deals with issues of image and personal rights protection. She specializes in preparing custom publishing contracts and contracts typical for the publishing industry.
She advises clients on the legal aspects of advertising and marketing, and on running Internet services (e-commerce, paid content, consumer issues), including by drafting privacy policies and terms and conditions for the provision of electronic services).
Moreover, Joanna’s experience includes advising corporate clients in the field of labour law, in particular in the drafting of internal legal acts and advising on personal data protection in recruitment and employment processes. She provides legal assistance to one of the largest recruitment portals in Poland.
