Jarosław advises domestic and international clients on complex capital deals, including mergers and acquisitions, investments processes and corporate reorganisations, primarily in the technology, fintech and digital economy sectors.
He specialises in data protection, cybersecurity, financial technologies, and new European technology regulations, such as the AI Act and NIS2.
His practice focuses on the intersection of law, technology and business matters. He supports clients in securing and commercialising key intangible assets, including intellectual property, digital infrastructure and data, which play a vital role in investment transactions and the operations of technology companies.
He advises on regulatory matters related to the digital economy and the financial sector, as well as on implementing projects covering IT systems, cloud solutions and digital services. He develops and negotiates technology contracts.
He participates in due diligence investigations, develops and negotiates transaction documentation, and coordinates the work of teams on multi-jurisdictional projects.
Jarosław is passionate about new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure and fintech, including the global development of blockchain.
