Jacek has been involved in litigation, debt recovery, bankruptcy and restructuring advisory projects. He represents clients before courts of general jurisdiction and the Supreme Court, as well as in pre-litigation proceedings and preliminary procedures conducted by law enforcement authorities. He defends victims and represents informants in criminal proceedings.

Jacek provides litigation advice to a leading European press publisher and a specialised press publisher, including in proceedings involving violation of personal rights, payment of compensation, correction of false information, enforcement proceedings and as a defense attorney in defamation cases.

Jacek represents his clients in civil and criminal proceedings. He cooperates with banks and financial institutions in restructuring and bankruptcy cases. He participates in meetings of creditors’ committees and meetings of creditors. Jacek provides ongoing legal services involving supervision of enforcement proceedings for claims from financial institution portfolios. He is experienced in family law, inheritance law and medical malpractice proceedings.

Prior to joining K&P, Jacek worked at Polish law firms and volunteered in the Citizens Advice Bureau in Warsaw.
