Jacek specializes in civil and criminal law. He has been involved in litigation and debt recovery projects. He represents clients both in pre-litigation and litigation proceedings, and in preliminary procedures conducted by law enforcement authorities.
Jacek provides ongoing litigation advice to a leading press publisher, including in proceedings involving violation of personal rights, enforcement proceedings and as a defense attorney in defamation cases.
Jacek is experienced in drafting and reviewing pleadings, handling court proceedings and supervising debt enforcement proceedings for claims from financial institution portfolios.
Prior to joining K&P, Jacek worked at Polish law firms as well as a volunteer in the Citizens Advice Bureau.
