Piotr Kochański – Patent Star & Trade Mark Star
With over 30 years of experience, Piotr Kochański is one of the market’s true IP pioneers in Poland. His expertise is invaluable in multifaceted, multi-jurisdictional matters. He specialises in patent disputes and trademarks, advising companies in, among other sectors, AI, technology, life sciences and media.
Piotr has, for a number of years, maintained not one, but two prestigious titles in the IP Stars ranking: Patent Star and Trade Mark Star.
Karolina Marciniszyn – Trade Mark Star
Karolina Marciniszyn, Partner and Head of the IP Practice, has once again been named a Trade Mark Star.
Karolina specialises in proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, trade mark disputes, and trade mark strategy and advisory. Her clients include market leaders in fashion and luxury goods, FMCG and pharmaceuticals.
She is also an active member of INTA, PTMG and Union-IP.
Tomasz Szambelan – Rising Star
Tomasz is a recognised specialist in IP transactions, trade mark disputes and strategy. He represents clients in complex cases – from the EUIPO to Polish general courts – and his clients include leading e-commerce platforms, as well as pharmaceutical companies and publishers.
This year, he has once again been awarded the Rising Star title.
