Is your business taking advantage of every legitimate opportunity to reduce its tax burden? Or is some of the money that should be fuelling its growth unnecessarily going to the taxman? It’s worth finding out.
The end of 2026 is a good time to take a closer look at your taxes. Not just from the perspective of compliance obligations, but above all in terms of the opportunities and savings available. And there are, perhaps surprisingly, quite a few.
Estonian CIT, which allows you to defer corporate income tax for as long as you reinvest your profits back into the business.
A range of tax reliefs (such as R&D relief and IP Box) designed for those who prioritise innovation and actively develop new solutions and products.
These are compelling options well worth exploring, understanding and putting into practice from the new year.
That’s why on 8 October we are hosting an online event where we will show you how to use the available tax solutions to fund your company’s growth.
Using real-life examples, we will explain when retaining profits within a company can deliver genuine benefits, who these solutions will truly pay off for, and when an apparent saving can turn into a tax trap.
We will also look at the incentives available to innovators developing new solutions: R&D relief, IP Box and the robotisation relief. We will show where their untapped potential lies, explain how to maximise it and point out the mistakes that can lead to a tax authority challenge.
Finally, we will look ahead to 2027 and the upcoming changes to the tax landscape – particularly those that are likely to have the greatest impact on decisions that should already be taken today.
No academic lectures or citations of legislation. Only real-life case studies, hard figures and practical guidance.
Find out which solutions your business can benefit from and what’s worth implementing in your particular case.
Agenda:
- Check whether your business is paying too much tax
A practical tax checklist to help you identify new areas where your business could be saving money and paying less tax
- Estonian CIT – when tax can wait because your money is working in the business
Practice and a case study answering the key questions: who can benefit, what are the structural and staffing requirements, and how do profit reinvestment, dividend distributions, hidden profits, non-business expenditure and transactions with shareholders actually work? Straight to the point.
- R&D, IP Box and robotisation – innovation that can earn you a bonus from the taxman
Tax relief map
We will put together an optimal “tax relief map”. We’ll show you how to identify genuine R&D activity and qualifying costs, explain when, under the IP Box regime, income from qualifying IP can be taxed at the 5% rate, and why simply having software in your company is not enough. We’ll also look at how the robotisation relief lets you deduct 150% of costs.
- 2027: what will change in the tax landscape and what’s worth doing before the end of 2026
In Tax Radar 2027, we’ll examine the upcoming changes, including the increase of the standard CIT rate to 22% for entities with revenues exceeding EUR 50 million and for tax groups (PGK), modifications to the IP Box relief and other elements of the tax system.
- Tax Opportunity Check
We’ll create a space to analyse your company’s potential.
