Filip Jeżewski

Filip advises on civil, corporate and criminal law. He represents clients in litigation, at every stage of the proceeding.
He specialises in providing banks with ongoing advice by handling cases involving Frank-indexed loans. He develops litigation strategies on the basis of invalidated loan agreements, as well as model solutions to problems for a portfolio of several thousand litigation cases. He also represents banks in dispute resolution with the Financial Ombudsman related to acts of unfair competition.
He supports clients in the conciliation process, and supervises the banking systems team. In addition, he advises corporate clients on due diligence and trademark infringement processes.
