Europe is undergoing a digital transformation. The Data Act, the AI Act, the NIS2 Directive and the GDPR are setting new directions in areas ranging from data collection and use to security and responsibility for technology. This is the most significant change to the regulatory landscape since the introduction of the GDPR, with the new regulations covering the entire data lifecycle.
Now is therefore a good time to translate these regulations into decisions on managing data, designing AI and building operational resilience in a way that enables innovation and the generation of new sources of revenue.
The new regulations have created entirely new opportunities at the intersection of law, technology and strategy. Companies that are the first to gain access to value derived from data will also gain a competitive advantage in terms of the quality of their models and the trust of their business partners. For everyone else, it will be difficult to catch up. Can it be done? Only time will tell…
This is exactly what we will be discussing during the panel debate on the new digital architecture of Europe.
We will explore the impact that the new regulations are already having on business decisions. The Data Act opens up the data market, the AI Act regulates artificial intelligence models, the NIS2 enforces real security, and the GDPR changes the rules of the game in terms of privacy protection. And what are Polish companies doing about this, including both innovators and those who have fallen behind and need support?
Experienced in-house experts from key sectors of the economy, as well as representatives of start-ups and market leaders, are invited to join our discussion.
