Elżbieta is highly experienced in financing transactions, including loans, bond issues, debt sales and public-private partnership projects.
She specialises in financing infrastructure projects, energy investments, real estate transactions and company acquisitions. She supports clients in all legal aspects of project finance, from initial structuring, documentation developing and negotiating to transaction closing and disbursing funds.
She advises borrowers, sponsors and lenders on debt and equity financing for greenfield and brownfield projects.
She has advised on the implementation and financing of numerous projects in the public transport, construction, education and healthcare sectors, including the construction of airports, stadiums, energy and medical facilities.
Her experience also includes dispute resolution, particularly in relation to investments and compensation claims.
