Edyta advises and represents financial institutions in litigation concerning so-called “franc loans”. She is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution, with a particular focus on civil, commercial and criminal mediation.
Her main areas of practice are civil and corporate law. She provides companies with ongoing legal advice and represents clients in litigation at every stage of the proceedings.
