Dominika Durchowska, LL.M.
Dominika Durchowska specializes in litigation and arbitration, both investment and commercial arbitration.
She advises clients on the pre-trial stage and is involved in conducting commercial disputes before common courts and arbitral tribunals. She specializes in disputes having international character, and advises contractors in construction disputes. Dominika is experienced in handling cases involving FIDIC contracts, as well as cases concerning unfair competition.
Before joining K&P, Dominika worked for an international law firm at its Warsaw office.
As a student she competed in several moot court competitions (Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court – represented the winning team and received the prize for the Best Advocate, Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot, the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot) and coached the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team of the University of Silesia.
